The Linktree Technical Program Management (TPM) mission is to drive the execution of strategic programs across Linktree and make them a reality. This team works closely with the engineering, product, and design leadership team (but not only these teams) to ensure that critical initiatives are successful.
While we are looking to make full time hires in this team, we are also needing a TPM for an immediate start on a 6 month initial contract. There will be view for that to extend or convert to permanent employment too. Anywhere in Australia is fine, we have offices in Sydney and Melbourne but also fully remote team members in other states and NZ.
TPMs must lead with influence and not authority by facilitating, managing, and coordinating the program rituals (e.g. weekly updates, unblocking issues meetings, design reviews etc) to make our programs successful. They will not be accountable for the programs rather the facilitation of the program structure and rituals.
You will lead the project management, scope, time, cost including design, development, test, and deployment of a range of programs in support of pivotal initiatives at Linktree.
The nature of the role would involve facilitating technical whiteboard sessions across remote teams and domain experts to fix and problem-solve project issues, remove blockers, report status and ultimately deliver the project while maintaining all project constraints.
Using data and OKRs, you will also drive and measure process improvements that improve our engineering and operational efficiency. You will work independently in a dynamic and ambitious organization and constantly look for ways to improve performance, quality, and cost.
