Due to our growth, Linktree needs a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team with recruitment admin for all roles.
In this role you’ll work together with the Talent Acquisition Managers and lead scheduling interviews, turning this process into a seamless thing of beauty for people interviewing with us and the hiring team. You will also set up roles in our recruitment system, perform reference checks, and be ready to jump in on any ad hoc admin and project assistance that pops up. You will also lead our job advertising and make sure our roles are advertised where and when they should be.
We'd also love it if you like to improve processes and candidate experience - You’ll investigate how we currently work and help us optimise it as you grow into your role. We’re just getting started, so joining us now means a LOT of influence on the direction we’re going.
We are a global, diverse group across age, gender, and race and offer a truly flexible and family friendly work environment. Kids, pets and the occasional delivery person are all actively encouraged to appear on our Zoom screens. All of us at Linktree work either fully remote or a hybrid "remote and in-office sometimes" approach and that will continue even when COVID is behind us.
We currently have offices in Melbourne, Sydney with LA coming next but our team is spread across Australia, Brazil, Indonesia, USA, Canada, Ireland and Nigeria.
Being globally distibuted doesn't mean you need to change your time zone, and we offer autonomy and flexibility in how you structure your days and weeks. There will be the need for some collaboration outside of a "normal" 9-5 as we are global, but we seek to work asynchronously where possible.

We would love to hear from you if you have outstanding organisational skills, even better if it's within the recruitment admin or scheduling space. You'll be speaking with candidates daily so it'd be great if you've got a way with words. You'll juggle multiple projects, diaries and people so attention to detail is a must. You'll also get some bonus points for experience in cloud-based tools like Asana, Notion, Airtable and G-Suite.
