Data & Conversion driven design fanatics. You love being able to test theories, creative, and mediums to increase conversion across different campaigns. You have a keen eye for detail, and an incredible ability to take brand systems and scale them across a wide range of paid campaigns that still are true to the brand. Have we already lost you? As a Growth Designer you will use your analytical skills to make data informed design decisions. You will have a hybrid range of skills including visual design, UX research and testing, data analysis and marketing. Working in cross-functional teams with Brand, Marketing, Growth and Product, you will design landing pages, edm’s, paid ad campaigns and digital assets that will help communicate the Linktree product to a wide range of users across the world to a range of key demographics.


What you will own:

As a Growth Designer at Linktree, you’ll be working together with various members and teams to achieve your goals - You’ll investigate how we currently work and help us optimise it as you grow into your role. We’re just getting started, so joining us now means a LOT of influence on the direction we’re going.

Leading in your role isn't working on your own, though - you’ll have peers, leaders and mentors available to help when needed as you innovate your way to delivering results and supporting others.

Requirements

In this role you will:

  • Launch a wide range of creative focused around growth/ conversion. Projects will range from SEO optimised landing pages to social campaigns and ads.
  • Bring the evolving brand into high converting growth campaigns
  • Align internal team around a strategic campaign creative brief.
  • Form best practice “do’s and don’ts” based off successful campaigns that help guide team members across all business functions.
  • Conduct optimised A/B testing, conversion optimisation and user testing
  • Use data to inform design decisions.
  • Build creative that hits conversion goals, and reevaluate/rebuild if a campaign underperforms. Use performance findings to guide future campaigns.
  • Ensure industry and design best practice throughout the creative process
  • Pick up and deliver ad-hoc digital design work (edm’s, pitch decks, banner ads)


Where and how we work:

We are a global, diverse group across age, gender, and race and offer a truly flexible and family friendly work environment. Kids, pets and the occasional delivery person are all actively encouraged to appear on our Zoom screens. All of us at Linktree work either fully remote or a hybrid "remote and in-office sometimes" approach and that will continue even when COVID is behind us.

We currently have offices in Melbourne, Sydney with LA coming next but our team is spread across Australia, Brazil, Indonesia, USA, Canada, Ireland and Nigeria.

Being globally distributed doesn't mean you need to change your time zone, and we offer autonomy and flexibility in how you structure your days and weeks. There will be the need for some collaboration outside of a "normal" 9-5 as we are a global company, but we seek to work asynchronously where possible.

This role can be based anywhere in Australia, remote or with the option to come into our Sydney/ Melbourne office.

What we are looking for:

  • 5 + years experience creating campaigns, websites, creative across a wide range of media types.
  • A data driven decision maker.
  • A love for optimizing conversions, and user journeys.
  • The ability to think through customer/user journeys and present them clearly.
  • Strategic problem solver and excellent communicator
  • Passionate about driving conversion and A/B testing.
  • Expertise in Adobe and Figma (components, variations, auto-layout)
  • Prior experience working at a fast-paced company or growing startup/scaleup
  • High visual design skills, understanding of UX and web design best practice and interaction
  • Someone comfortable with ambiguity, because when 30,000 people sign up everyday, there’s a lot of things to design
  • A portfolio with data showing increased conversions/optimizations.
