In the growth marketing funnel, activation comes after acquisition and uses data insights to drive users to adopt new and existing product features, driving growth through activation. You will own that stage of the funnel under the guidance of our growth specialist Hannah and head of growth, Jess and as part of a broader team of growth specialists.
You will build strategies, campaigns and initiatives to get new Linktree users to add their first links, adopt new and existing features and ultimately, guide them to converting to pro accounts.

We are currently a team of 70 people spread across Australia, The US, Brazil, Indonesia and Ireland with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. This role can be based in either Australia or LA with a lot of flexibility around how much time you spend working remotely or at the office.
