Due to our growth, Linktree needs a People Operations Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team with recruitment admin and to be an Executive Assistant to Head of People & Culture, Isa.
In this role you’ll be working together with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams and lead scheduling candidate interviews, setting up and coordinating roles in our recruitment system, performing reference checks, preparing letters of offer and contracts and ad hoc admin and project assistance. You will also lead our job advertising and make sure our roles are advertised where and when they should be.
You will also act as EA to our Head of P&C Isa, owning her diary, inbox, and to-do list. Mind readers that can stay one step ahead would do well here.

Being globally distributed doesn't mean changing your workhours, and we offer autonomy and flexibility in how you structure your days and weeks. There will be the need for some collaboration outside of a "normal" 9-5 being a global company, but we aim to work asynchronously where possible.

Very high-level organisational skills, ideally with some form of scheduling/logistics experience paired with phenomenal people & communication skills. Having the ability to handle multiple projects, diaries and people at once while maintaining impeccable levels of attention to detail.
Bonus points for experience in Cloud-based tools like Asana, Notion, Airtable and G-Suite.
