Linktree is a tool that acts like a content page on the internet, and is transforming the way content is discovered online.

The Linktree story starts in 2016, when co-founders Alex, Anthony and Nick were running a digital agency and using Instagram to make announcements about the artists they managed. Created as a side-hustle to solve a simple problem, Linktree has well outgrown its roots, with over 3 million users worldwide, 10,000 new signups every day and over 120 million unique browsers per month.

Our audience is broad, spanning publications, artists, celebrities, fashion and beauty influencers, YouTube stars, sports teams and household brands, right the way through to individuals with a side hustle and micro influencers. Requirements

The role

To further accelerate that growth, we are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to raise brand awareness globally. We’re looking for an enthusiastic leader who can juggle multiple projects and who has the ability to inspire others, and work well cross-functionally. You have a deep understanding of marketing channels, and their tactics, and a proven track record of customer-centric marketing.

As Marketing & Partnerships Manager you will craft global brand strategies and launch world class campaigns. You’ll foster industry-spanning relationships with strategic partners and generate innovative content. You will enjoy the agile and dynamic startup environment, combined with the stability of a well established and fast-growing organisation. 

If up for the challenge, you’ll get to:

  • Take responsibility for the overall creation and delivery of the marketing plan and budget and execute on the brand strategy.
  • Coordinate and manage our PR agencies and digital agency relationships. Coordinate with social media and content teams.
  • Manage and execute commercial and product-related brand partnerships that accelerate brand awareness globally.
  • Consistently analyse and evaluate our brand value proposition in the market.
  • Plan, design and execute lead-generating events, partnerships and marketing campaigns.
  • Use your analytical and creative skills to develop inventive ways to tap into new opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building and implementing plans that drive business objectives.

You stand out because you have:

  • 4+ years experience in a SaaS marketing function.
  • Previous experience leading projects first-hand and have lead brand growth and partnership initiatives.
  • Created and executed high impact strategies resulting in customer growth, and increased brand awareness thanks to innovative content.
  • A proven ability to communicate complex topics with simplicity and clarity, telling powerful stories that drive demand and drive sales.
  • A resourceful and creative character, dedicated to achieving operational and creative excellence.
