We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take some of the load off our Brand Marketing Lead, Maddy who is spinning a lot of plates at the moment. You’ll take ownership of and run marketing campaigns end to end in a highly varied and versatile role: one day you might take a brief from the Product team on an upcoming feature release, the next day you’ll brainstorm content ideas with our social team and that afternoon, you’ll have a WIP with our PR agency. Other tasks will include but not be limited to: running email campaigns, diving deep into analytics and providing insights to the wider team and adhoc PR.
It’s important to know that right now, we’re not a highly structured team or company. We are working on that. So if your middle name is ambiguity or controlled-chaos, you will like it here.
This role will be remote from anywhere in AUS or the US, (slight preference for West Coast in USA). We have an office in Sydney and Melbourne in Australia. Our US team is currently small but will grow to around 30-40 by the end of the year and once Covid allows it, we’ll have a LA office.

In this role you will:
Strategise, plan and execute marketing campaigns end to end
Draft compelling copy for blogs, social, events, announcement and emails
Provide the design team with airtight briefs for marketing collateral
Set up campaign tracking & reporting
Be a brand champion for Linktree, ensuring all our owned assets are consistent and up to date
Use Google Analytics and/ or Heap to dig into data and provide insights and turn them into compelling stories or meaningful analysis
What we’re looking for:
4-6 years of global campaign delivery experience
Prior experience in a high-growth startup
Broad digital marketing experience
Exceptional project management & negotiation skills, meticulous organiser and can-do attitude when faced with challenges.
