This is a new role for Linktree and you will own the development of our M&A strategy within the broader Strategy & Operations group. Being a new role and new team, you will enjoy being hands-on and switching between strategic thinking and execution.
You'll be responsible for building deal flow and evaluating targets against the strategy that you have developed. The role requires deep collaboration with our Strategy, Finance and Legal teams who will rely on the models and evaluations that you prepare. You will need to be prepared to make recommendations to our Leadership team and board.
A unique part of the role will involve partnering with our Product and Engineering leadership to understand our capability gaps and our compatibility requirements for integrating new technology into the Linktree product.
Due to the global nature of our product and team as well as the opportunities available to Linktree, this role can be based either in Australia or the US. Linktree offers both fully remote and hybrid working models, with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, with LA coming next.
