The role:

We’re looking for an experienced employer branding marketer that loves to create content and can tell the world about the wonderful Linktree employee experience. You’ll help us grow a diverse workplace by telling the compelling stories of our talented teams and by developing innovative marketing campaigns to attract new talent across the globe.

This role will see you collaborate with various stakeholders across Linktree, from People & Culture, Talent, PR, Brand, Social and Engineering,  

This role will be remote from anywhere in the US, (slight preference for West Coast) our team in the US is currently small but will grow to around 30-40 by the end of the year and once Covid allows it, we’ll have an LA office.

Requirements

In this role you will:

  • Develop, oversee and lead the execution of all Linktree’s employment branding strategies

  • Write, edit and creatively communicate all of Linktree’s Employer Brand content

  • Set up and manage online marketing campaigns to promote job openings, career opportunities and employee experiences at Linktree

  • Bring Linktree’s internal brand activations to life and find ways to creatively communicate them externally

  • Increase awareness of our employer brand globally

  • Storytell through video and social content that engages talent inside and outside of Linktree


What we are looking for:

  • 3 + years prior experience in an Employer Brand Marketing role

  • A creative storyteller who can build personas and develop tailored messaging and programs to engage our current employee’s and attract new talent

  • Exceptional writing skills and master of voice and tone

  • A strong understanding of branding to be able to sell Linktree as an employer of choice

  • Experience executing creative marketing, social and recruiting campaigns under short deadlines.

  • Enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment.

  • Ability to build global cross-functional relationships
